Body Piercing Courses in Preston, Lancashire.

Ozone Body Piercing will be running a series of four-week body-piercing courses based in Preston beginning in February. The courses will be taught by Dave Hamer, a practising piercer with over 15 years experience in body-piercing.

The courses will cover all aspects of working as a professional body-piercer including:

• Sterilisation
• Preparation
• Health, safety and local authority requirements
• Equipment needed
• Anaesthetics
• Client care
• Recommendations
• Sizes of needles and clamps used for different piercings
• Methods and procedures for each of the different types of piercings:

• Ears (without receiving tube)
• Eyebrow
• Navel
• Nipple
• Lip/labret/Madonna
• Tongue
• Scaffold
• Bridge
• Septum
• Cheeks
• Smiley
• Tongue web
• Filcrim
• Penis – PA, frenum
• Vagina – labias (outer & Inner), prepuce (clitoral hood)
• Dermals – skin divers (including use of dermal punches)
• Ear cartilage with receiving tubes

Each course will take place over 4 weeks, one day each week (Mondays, 10.30am to 5pm)

There will be a maximum of 4 students on each course. Students will practise the different piercing techniques on each other up to (but not including) the point of piercing. Later in the course, if you can arrange to bring 1 or 2 friends who would like a free piercing (done by you) to a training day, that would be ideal. There will be a short exam at the end of the course covering the essential points, and a certificate will be issued.

Cost of course: £499

£100 deposit required on booking, payable by cheque, card or cash. Balance payable on first day of course.

In conjunction with our training courses, we are also offering half-price piercings on Mondays for clients who would be willing to act as 'models' for our students. All piercings will be supervised by an experienced piercer. Please get in touch for further information.
